Having served as a young leader with significant responsibilities, an entrepreneur and a spiritual leader, I bring a unique intersection of experiences that create a safe space to be challenged towards action.

I have provided Executive Coaching for CEO’s, entrepreneurs, pastors, speakers, educators, non-profit leaders, musicians, stay at home parents, and all kinds of leaders in-between. What they all had in common was the significant responsibility they held onto while either working to engage more fully in the life in front of them or tapping into the unlived life within them.

I help you to identify, clarify and develop action plans for the obstacles and opportunities that are a part of your reality. We do this with a recognition that a healthy, wholistic life contributes to sustainability, joy, fulfillment and productivity in both life and work.

Spend 2 days highly focused on gaining clarity on where you are now, both personally and professionally, while also developing an actionable plan for what’s next. This is perfect for anyone who feels stuck, is in the midst of life transitions, or feels like there’s something untapped within them that needs a guide to help uncover.

Working Genius Intro Session

If you’re in need of something more specifically tailored to your workplace and how you get work done on a team and individually, a Working Genius Intro Session may be a helpful step. As a Certified Working Genius Consultant, I utilize the Working Genius Assessment from Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group to spend 60-90 minutes together developing a broad understanding of how to bring more joy fulfillment and productivity into your work.
