About Working Genius

Working Genius identifies the 6 fundamental activities that are required for any kind of work and provides a simple framework for how work gets done. We help people discover their own natural ways of working that fit within that framework that brings them more energy and fulfillment, avoiding work that leads to frustration and failure. Working Genius helps everyone to be more self-aware, more productive and more successful. Teams doing it together then learn to work together, improve meetings, identify team gaps, avoid burnout and get more done. It’s a unique approach in that it’s 20% personality assessment and 80% productivity tool for teams.

As a Working Genius Certified Consultant, I come to you with a 2-3 hour workshop. Each member of your team completes a Working Genius Assessment, and we spend time exploring how they each find the most joy and fulfillment in their work as well as the way in which your team functions together in order to be more productive and create more energy in working together.
